How Long Does It Take To Receive My Medication?

As soon as we receive your prescription from your doctors, we will dispense it immediately. If you live in Liverpool and Southport and its surrounding villages, your medications will be delivered the next day by our local delivery driver. We will strive to deliver urgent medications like antibiotics, on the same day.

Do I Need To Be At Home For My Delivery?

We do not want you to cancel any appointments simply because you are expecting a delivery from us.
In most cases, our local delivery driver can deliver your medications to a safe place, a neighbour, your carer or to your workplace. Simply contact us and let us know where you want your medication delivered.

Please note that if you are expecting a controlled drug, it will need to be signed for by someone collecting the medication.

How Much Does The Delivery Service Cost?

Our prescription delivery service is charged at £4 per month per patient.

Is This Service Available Outside England?

We receive prescriptions electronically from GP surgeries using the NHS England electronic prescription service. As a result, this service is not available in Scotland, Wales, Northern Island, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
